Description
In 1843, Dr Jonathan Pereira described IPA as “a most valuable restorative beverage for invalids and convalescents.” A bold claim, made because of the huge quantities of hops and the total lack of sweetness present in IPAs of the day
This IPA has a light and pale golden body, which defies its punchy strength. The beer is savagely bitter, and explodes with a powder keg of citrus, stone fruit and resinous hoppy aromas.
This one is for hopheads and thrill seekers.
