PINTA Hoppy Crew: Are You Sure? Mosaic® / Simcoe® / Galaxy® – Hoppy Crew in action – brewing new DDH DIPA and ending up on labels. After a brainstorm – running in a peaceful atmosphere – we decided to open the list of hops with Mosaic®, which brings a decent punch of mango, guava and some citrus notes. Simcoe® enhances the beer’s tropical profile and adds resinous character. Galaxy® compliments the taste and aroma with white fruits and berries.

Ingredients: water; barley malt; wheat malt; oat flakes; wheat flakes; maltodextrin; hops (USA): kettle: hop extract; whirlpool: Mosaic®, Cryo® Mosaic; dry-hopping: Mosaic®, Simcoe®, Galaxy® (AUS); yeast: Wyeast 1318 London Ale III
